What matters most to me in cooking and baking ware is the materials it’s made of. This pan is aluminum, which I don’t like my food to be in contact with, but it’s coated with titanium, which is said to be safe for cooking and baking. I would not have ordered it if it were not coated with a non-toxic material. It’s heavy as in not thin and flimsy, but not too heavy for handling, and has a beautiful design. The only downfall is that it is not dishwasher safe. But it washes very easily by hand. I have to confess that I haven’t baked a cake in it without using a nonstick spray. So I guess I haven’t given the nonstick coating a true test, but I haven’t had any problems with my cake sticking at all. The price seems really reasonable to me for a pan of this quality.

I wanted this mold pan since it is non-stick. You can tell this by looking at the inner black area. It's nice and heavy. I can't wait to make my cake in it tomorrow. I'll also use it later for gelatin molds. The inner and outer finishes are ideal. I also have a silicone one, but I like this one much better. The silicone ones are so wiggly. This one is nice and stationary. I like the exquisite intricacies of the design. See Images. Your cake should look wonderful once you take it out of this pan. Update. I made the cake, and it came out great. See Image. You still need to grease the pan well for the cake to come out easily. Priced right. I highly recommend.

I have to give this a thumbs down 👎ðŸ¾. I bake a lot of cakes during this time of year and I really wanted to add this cake design to my requested orders. As you can see in the photos it stuck I used a lot of cooking baking spray wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to stick. It stuck I can’t take that chance during the holidays 👎ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¾ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¾

Has a non stick coating on the inside and looks like a nice design. Have not baked with it yet. There are some sharp edges at the top which may cut you or make it more difficult to release a cake from the pan.

I've baked in this type of aluminum pan before, and there are definitely some things to take into account. Although it's non-stick, you should adequately grease the pan. Depending on the recipe, you might even consider flouring it. Do it old school and stay away from cooking sprays, as I've found that they tend to get tacky on some non-stick surfaces. If you prep well, this baking pan will turn out great cakes.This particular product is amazingly well-made. It's not thin like a typical bundle pan, but thick aluminum with non-stick coating. Definitely built to last.

Beautiful cake mold for any occasion. I made my favorite lemon/Blueberry bundt cake and it came out just perfect. I am totally happy with this cake pan. I do have an extensive collection of bundt pans but its never enough for just one more. It has a good weight to it but not as heavy as the NW brand and has a black non-stick interior, which by the way, does not affect the bake time nor the end result of the cake. I baked my bundt cake for 45 minutes at 350 F and it came out just a perfect golden lemon. Highly recommend this cake pan.
