I ended up buying this cause I was helping my elderly neighbors take everything out their home to start construction. I’m Petite and weak and they are old and weak so we were struggling to get things out. They are using half my garage as storage since they had no where else to put it.Transferring everything from home to home was a task. I ordered this to help. It arrived fast thankfully and I put it to use day one! It took us an entire week to help them empty and box up their 2 bedroom home!This hand truck was the only thing keeping us moving. I was able to stack 1-2 boxes per trip, wheel it out my garage and restart the process! It got things going!The quality is strong, heavy duty and of course reliable!!! It was easy to use, rolled on the concrete just fine, didn’t fall over or lose balance. I did once hit the 220 points maximum so I am not sure if there is precise however I had no problem lugging any of the boxes or small furniture with this. I plan to reuse this to move everything back into their home in December Once their home is complete. In the mean time i have also used this to move out a shelf to my street for bulky item pick up but the county. Had I not thought to buy this I don’t know if we would’ve been able to move my elderly neighbors this out!! The wheels are big and smoothly worked.It folds compact and easily. I can store it in my garage or my trunk.This has served its purpose well but if there shall change I’ll be sure to update.

Like the convenience of a compact/folding cart. Operates with ease. Folding and sliding components perform as expected. The tubular steel frame is strong and durable. The weak point is the plastic wheel frame. One of the wheel frames broke and I have not been able to repair or find a replacement part.

This thing works fine. It's light, for sure, but doesn't feel particularly sturdy. But the main problem with it is that, in order to raise the handle to its full extension, you need to press a button that is located - not on the handle - but on the lower bar. The better spot for this button would be on the handle itself, so you could grab the handle and extend it using one hand, all in one sweep. As it stands now, one hand needs to be pulling on the handle while the other needs to be pressing the button. That leaves the third hand to position the load on the cart. AHA, you say, WE ONLY HAVE 2 HANDS! That's right. And if you want to extend the handle while also positioning the load, or even preventing it from falling over, then you need three (3) hands.

I bought this for my dad to help him carry heavy items back and forth from his boat. It is sturdy and works great.

I just injured my back and got this to get 5 gallon water bottles into the house. I had to use a bungee cord to keep the water bottles from falling off the fold-down platform, but it seems to work okay other than that.

Not good. The handle is too short, the cargo holder plate is too flimsy, and the gear mechanism on the wheels and holder get in the way of any cargo.

Okay I bought the second to least expensive one and I'm glad I did the handle is sturdy and collapses into itself which is great and it folds completely which is fantastic. It can do a whole lot but you will need some bungee cords probably which I have. I wish I had this years ago because Amazon delivery day combines a lot of purchases into one box and that can get heavy. It's very useful I live in an apartment and I can store it away and no one knows it's there. This is probably one of the best purchases I've made in the past 10 years. The wheels are smooth and roll completely quietly they fold up and together in the back as you fold up the lower part in the front where you put your packages. If you get this you will not be sorry. All you need to do is know the weight of the things that you will be moving in general and then choose the one that suits your needs. I wish everything was made with quality like this. That's it.

...while transporting a 49 pound speaker cabinet gently down a set of stairs one of the sleeves (where the wheel pivots from being folded into position for use) cracked. Now the wheel no longer locks in place and the device cannot be used. I would not buy this again. I replaced it with the Costco convertible hand truck/cart instead.UPDATE 1/14/2021: The manufacturer's representative contacted me this week and said they would re-engineer this hand truck/cart. They asked me for any ideas I have on improving it so I suggested making all of the load-bearing parts of metal instead of plastic. Even though that would add a little bit of weight to the hand truck/cart it would be much better and worth the money. I appreciate that they sent me a full refund of the purchase price (minus the sales tax). I increased the star rating from 1 to 3 because they offered me a refund and asked for my ideas for product improvement, but I would recommend you wait until it's been improved before purchasing this item.
