When I received this display case I had high hopes for it but three of the top four corners that are made of formed sheet metal were damaged and bent and created a very sharp cutting hazzard. The top of the case was twisted and I had to keep fighting it to make the locking mechanism line up. Sure I could have returned it but I ordered it for a special show event for that weekend and it was all I had that was that large. When I originally ordered it I planned on ordering several more in the near future if it worked out- but not now! It is very attractive and still appears to be a GREAT idea for displaying coins, currency, jewelry, gems - any kind of items because the glass top lets you see from side to side and you can carry it like a large briefcase.It was packed very well and when it arrived the shipping box had NO damage whatsoever so the damage was done at the factory and had to be very, very visible before it got packed. Quality control - I dont think so???

purchased 2 cases one OK one had a cracked corner . Seems like most of the boxes I get from Amazon are smashed ripped and have been re-taped

The case I received had a broken handle, the glass was not in the frame and had two cracked corners.

Corners are plastic, three of 4 broke in shipping and my return request was denied because I didn't notice until I had a show the first week in December...

I love the glass top and sleek look overall! I plan on using this case to display my skin care product line during home and away trade shows. So, LOOK ARE EVERYTHING! The case has some weight to it, so the corner was broken in shipping upon receipt. However, the Seller was quick to respond to resolve the issue and I could never be so grateful! The case is exactly my style and it represents me and my business! I can't wait to set my products up in it!
