I had to Waller out the bottom rubber bushings so they fit flat against bottom tank. Used a step bit. Took about 5 minutes. This radiator is very well made. Fit perfect. Big improvement over OEM or chain parts store.Would buy again. Just hope I don’t ever have to in this truck.

We were very leary about buying a Radiator online due to not fitting. We had to wiggle it in, but once we got it installed easily. it fit snug and so far no leaks and seems to be performing great! The appearance is bright and sharp looking.

Well packaged but it was smashed from the side and looks to have crushed one of or both of coolant rows. Box looked okay so not sure if they shipped a returned radiator.

I got 3 core for my 06 6.0 and it fits just fine. The rad is about a 1/2 inch taller than the OEM rad. The OEM mounting works just fine and no rubbing on the hood when it’s closed. The shroud fits tight with no issues I knew when I ordered this the fans would not be enough to control temps. You will need to upgrade the fans with some 3000 cfm or higher fans. I gave four stars because the radiator did come damaged. Fins were bent and the core was bent out of square a minute amount. I contacted seller and they were more than happy to send be a new rad. The damage was not their fault it happened in shipping. The seller could have installed more packing in the box around the rad that could have prevented the damage. The seller was responsive and respectful all in all it was a good experience and I will be ordering again from them for my other truck.

Very happy with this radiator on my 06 6.0. It comes with quality fittings, the bungs are welded very well, everything is in the right spot. Packaged well for shipping, holes plugged and wrapped in plastic. Comes with 2 sets of transmission cooler fittings: stock replacement STC fittings and threaded fittings for aftermarket trans cooler lines. It is a slightly thicker radiator from stock, a little harder getting the fan shroud in after installation but overall a nice product. Very happy with the product and customer service.
