I use this for tracing sewing patterns and while it's sturdy it's very easy to see my pattern below. I've used 24" paper for years but found that when I use this much larger paper I actually use far less paper because of less waste. I used to have pretty big pieces left over with the 24" to the point I kept a scrap roll for them which I'd use for tracing smaller things like bands or facings or half bodice pieces.. With this large size I can turn the tracing paper around on the table and fill in far more pattern pieces in different directions on the same sheet so that they are close together leaving far less waste. People more used to doing this probably already know this but I'm just now getting deeper into sewing :) It's 36" from now on.

This professional grade trace is perfection for drafting and transfer of mural linework.It is the most sheer I could find and has just the right tooth for vine charcoal and for pencil as well as permanent marker. Additionally it holds up great to erasing.I absolutely love this paper!!

Works great for tracing sewing patterns. Better than other ones I’ve tried. Doesn’t tear easily and folds easily for storage

I wanted to combine multiple sewing patterns for a project, but didn't want to alter the original patterns. Tracing the pieces being combined made the process easy.

This is a great choice for pattern tracing. Bought as a gift for my talented daughter who makes clothes, costumes, and all things ballet. This is her go-to choice of tracing paper for many years. Will continue to purchase!
