This is a great tool for my drafting and architecture classes. It has some great details that I am not able to find on other templates i.e. ceiling fan, plants, nursery room details, and bureau sizes. Includes all bed sizes, door swings, ranges, showers, bathtubs, vanities, washer, dryer, water heater, sewing machine, sofa bed, wing chair and arm chair.Love the plants and ceiling fans! If you are a student in interior design or just want to make a great blueprint for your home, this is a great template for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The plastic feels high quality, flexible yet sturdy.

I really liked the included architectural elements on this template -- when you "need" 'em, these are handy to have. Yes, I could have hand-drawn these interior elements, but, it's nice not to freehand draw, sometimes. No problems with this; no "pips" or flaws.

Good template and one of several I bought at the same time to have on hand for design ideas. Fairly self explanatory labeling and robust enough construction that it should last a long time.

I was disappointed with this because it was in 1/4th measurement and not 1/8th, Which is probably my fault for not checking but I didn't think of it. Everything is way too big so I had to get another one

It broke from us when I opened the package so it soo weak!!
