This item is a good combination of colors needed and the stuff really works good on metal applications like motorcycle bolts looking rusty or slightly corrosive.

But, will the caps last???The compounds in the product don't particularly like the compounds in the plastic caps, I have had serval tubes, over the years dry out, because the tips of the caps broke off, while sitting on a shelf.

I inherited some beautiful paintings where the frames needed a little more detail to give them a special pop! Rub and Buff has taken the guesswork out of it. Easy to use and easy enough to remove if you’ve over applied. Can also be used on metal surfaces like lamps. No strong odor and cleans up easily.

The image shared is a frame for an oil painting that I changed from a bright gold to this soft burnished pewter surface.It was simple and fun. I used a cotton cloth and just rubbed it on the areas I wanted changed.

Im using these to apply over etched glasses to make them pop. The silver colors work, but it will rub off after a few washes( all by hand). The black doesnt work at all. It rubs right off. That is the biggest disapointment cause that would really make logos stand out. Over all its OK, but I dont think id buy again for the price.
