I HAVE INSTALLED THESE HORNS ON THE ROOF MY GOLF CART, A CLOSE REPLICAL , OF A 1936 FORD PICK-UP. QUITE THE ATTENSION GETTER. A BIT LOUD --- NO PROBLEM WITH THE INSTALLATION.

Looks good, sounds good, nice and loud. If it holds up, it will be great. Only little thing, it is supposed to be completely stainless, all hardware.... one piece of hardware, a screw hidden under the "12V" sticker on the back, is not. I will replace that little screw and should be fine.

Easy to install. Sound/Power is ok. Not as loud as a full air compressor based horn. However it’s meets my needs for boating on the bay.

I tested this horn using a 12 volt battery to verify it worked before installing and it passed. Verified the supply voltage wires while the horn button was pressed and read 12.7 volts, then made marine grade butt splice connections, tested and passed. Three sunny days later temperatures ranging between 60 and 78 degrees, got the boat underway and pressed the horn button as the boat departed the dock and the horn failed to operate.Be sure to save the box because you will need it to return it!If you to buy it good luck. How this product got so many five star reviews is beyond me.

Mounted on my center console for ocean use. Easy to install and the loudness is not too bad in my opinion.Looks great but just put it on so not sure if it will hold up to the saltwater or not... fingers crossed.It didn't last... 2 months and it was done.Contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement under warranty and I received that very quickly. Happy with the service so far... will see if this on lasts longer.

Great value and it is loud. If you know how to use tools and have the understanding of 12volt electrical systems. This install is easy but if you are not get someone to do it for you that is qualified. Electrical on a boat needs to be done properly or you may have a fire and that goes for anything electric.
