These aren't the best out there. Typically, my restaurant orders a better product, but ran into supply challenges. I took a chance on these, and they are ok in comparison, but not great for our needs. We like to arrange sandwiches in them, and the way the entire lid when flipped comes off as well as the back panel doesn't seem as secure as the others I've used, in which only the top flips up. Worst of all, they are shipped in a bunch surrounded by plastic wrap around the middle section. Much of the outside boxes are exposed, so several of ours were marked, skuffed, and damaged. I'd never serve something in them. The others we use are shipped in boxes, so they are completely protected from outside contamination. If the shipping was more secure, I'd possibly bump it to four stars.

These boxes work perfect for catering deliveries. We definitely put them to the test with placing 20lbs of cooked product in full size aluminum pans, covered, and had zero issues. The customers even commented on how nice and sturdy they are.
