We have a small apartment complex that the fire dept now wants a fire extinguisher in the small parking lot. Each apartment has it's own and there are hoses for each apartment. Now I have to pay an annual inspection fee of that extinguisher - for them to tell me it is expired. They are no good after one year.I doubt that very much but this is nuts.

I repair electronics. I was in the fire service. The investment in this safety device is well worth the price. Fires happens quick and devastates without conscious. This type of device can make a huge difference on the outcome if dealt with quickly.
