The tank on my 6-year old toilet spontaneously cracked. I quickly needed a replacement, and found it here. Though this was not the exact model (mine lists ST72-4000-101 on the inside label and this one is ST72-4000-128), it is essentially the same with only a different flush handle and a lip in the lid whereas my old one has a completely flat lid (purely cosmetic differences). It installed quickly and easily, and no issues at all. Perfect and quick, and all is well in my bathroom. I kept the old lud as i prefer the flat minimalistic lines. Great price, too!

We bought both the tank and bowl. The tank arrived in perfect shape. The bowl was thrown around in shipping and arrived in pieces. Amazon immediately stepped up and took the bowl back and sent us another one and it arrived in a timely manner in perfect shape. So, thanks to Amazon for that. Note that this bowl is DIFFICULT to put in - our plumber learned a few new swear words putting it in. And yes, we had to call a plumber because my husband had too much trouble trying to do it himself. And he knows what he's doing with this stuff. However, once it was finally all put together, we really LOVE this toilet. It's a smaller size so it was great for our small guest bathroom. It looks really beautiful and works like a charm. We bought a separate black seat to put on it and the whole package is stunning. Especially fond of the smooth bottom of the bowl - easy to clean and looks classy. Comfort height is also the way to go - really great!

Not only was it the exact tank that I needed, but it came with everything, even the tool to tighten the nuts holding the tank to the bowl. You don’t need any installation kits.Just be sure to read the product details, as this only fits two bowls - which will be stamped on the back part of your bowl.

My biggest concern was what came in the box and would it arrive intact. To the first I can say everything necessary was in the box. In fact the pump and flapper valve were already "installed" inside. To the second, it was a box inside a box, tightly packed by inflatable foam packaging.Getting it installed was straightforward and easy.

Amazon blundered and shipped me a toilet base without a tank, so I was forced to order a separate tank.They were great at being accommodating and resolving the situation.I am only giving this tank 4 stars because while it is stylish and small, you need to hold down the lever for it to flush, and that annoys me. Other than that it is great.I should note that the first replacement tank sent came in pieces and 3rd time was a charm - I had a full functioning toilet.Still amazing customer service from amazon as always!Also, if it is in the warehouse - you can save $$$ vs buying it new.

Difficulty in installation likely had more to do with the style of our toilet base than the tank. My only real complaint is the product is shown to have a left-side flushing lever and it's not, it was right side. Not worth returning but annoying when all other toilets in the house flush on the opposite side. Otherwise everything was as advertised.
