I had to switch out the tank on a new toilet to be ADA compliant. As the original toilet was only a few months old, I didn't want to replace the entire unit. Ordered this tank and it arrived well packed and intact. Replacement went smooth and easy. It came with everything included as well - I thought I may have to swap over the internal parts, but it came ready to go.

Product is more than the description states. Everything is included to replace an 'old' tank; new tank, with installed valve, flapper & installation hardware. Place the rubber boot over the flapper fitting, fasten the tank to the bowl (level), hook the water line back up & you are in business! 15 minutes total.

nice product. didn't have to buy the whole toilet. great that I could find a tank only with the handle on the side I needed it to be on.
