We ordered four of these frames for our kids artwork. I when I was hanging the first frame, the metal hanging piece came off the backing on the frame. It was secured by pressing into a thick cardstock. Once it becomes detached, we could not get it back on without risking additional damage. While we didn’t have similar issues with the other three, I could see this design being an issue in the future.

I bought one for my daughter and one for my daughter-in-law. They both loved it. Both said they saw it before and wanted one. My daughter-in-law said it was like you read my mind. The value for what you get is unbeatable. The frame is thick and not cheap either.

I have bought 4 of these frames. I love them! Easy to install (two screws) and easy to insert art work. I love that it has loops on the back for both vertical and horizontal layouts so i can change the frame direction based on the artwork.Great gift for aunt and Grand-parents who are frequently gifted works of art from kiddo.Ive put a few small strips of tape around the matting so the showcasef peice is closer to the glass.inside one frame, one of the two elastics to store the additional peices of art broke quite easily.

My main complaint is that the portrait and landscape back brackets aren't the same spacing (122mm one way, 128mm the other) -- reusing the mounting hardware for both orientations would have been a bonus. A better solution than "a piece of tape" to hold the displayed picture in place would have been nice too. Otherwise, I really like it.

This is a cute way to store my children's art. I did receive the wrong colour for both frames..I ordered walnut and got mahogany which looks quite red. They don't match my decor but they still do the job!

These look so great, easy to use, and easy to hang. Love the size as well. They were also packaged really well, so no scratches or dents. I would like to see them come down in price or at least offered in some type of bulk pricing for a gallery wall.
