The color is beautiful! Apply a little at a time. I was very pleased with the result of my baked goods. There was no flavor to the cookie other than the ingredients the recipe called for. The gel did not impart any flavor of its own. Very nice product.

Inexpensive and great quality. I am a hobby baker and do decorated sugar cookies and cakes. I am a beginner but love the Americolor products!

Today I made a buttercream frosting using a different brand pink gel food coloring and wasn't satisfied with the color or taste. I remembered I had this red gel food color from 2 years ago. Aside from some natural dehydration/thickening, the gel worked wonderfully and made the perfect pale pink with NO taste! I highly recommended this product! It made a vibrant red when I first used it, again with no bitter taste.
