Our two kitties LOVE their window perches!! We use them at home and in our RV while traveling. I was dismayed to find that the perches were starting to have issues with the suction cups, and our kitties (12 lbs each) would cause them to fall. I emailed the company as I didn’t see suction cups on their Amazon store-and they responded and assured me that they indeed have them available. After a quick search, there they were!! They shipped immediately and arrived quickly!! I am SUPER IMPRESSED with the quality of the suction cups and the design of the packaging!! They are perfect and I was able to switch them out quickly. I am ordering another set to have as back up!! 20/5 🌟 for customer service and excellent quality.

Although it gets a star for being the right product and size, be aware that the suction cups came in the most bizzare black plastic container - almost looked like a thick black dvd case. But it is the smell - dang. These suction cups smelled so bad. Tried washing them, cleaning them, leaving them outside and still they smelled awful The smell also transferred to my hands and I couldn't get rid of the smell - tried washing with dishsoap, with cleaner, with rubbing alcohol, put on scented hand lotion and still, my hands smelled like the suction cups. I am planning to send them back because I certainly do not want my house to smell like this, nor subject my cat to have to smell this.

These served their purpose perfectly. The previous section cups had become flat on the window, and now the hammock is sticking great and can even hold my 15 pound cat.

Very nice replacement suction cups. So you don’t have to re order the whole thing. The old ones lasted two years, before extreme heat and sunlight warped them.

I got these to replace the suction cups on a different cat window shelf and after it was attached to the window within a couple minutes it had fallen.

i bought new suction cups for my two AMOSIJOY cat beds whose suction cups stopped working. out of the new ones i received 2/8 will not suction to the window and the others are already looking weak. i’m disappointed that i spent more on this brand when i should have just bought a more high quality window cat bed

I got these because the originals that came with the folding window cat bed seems to have a 2-year life because they just stopped sticking. These were a perfect fit, they work well and now my cats can perch on the window again without falling.. haha
