Took 10 minutes to replace 3 screws off 3 screws on . Exact fitment. I would make sure u clean up all the residue when u remove the old motor to make sure u get a good seal again.

Have steps on a 2023 F150, not installed by me but the motor was damaged by the dealer when working on the truck, well the part took 2+ months to come in. I ordered this one (in desperation) and was not a replacement for 80-04868-90. When speaking with Amp Research, they have the worst customer support ever, might as well talk to a robot. Their response is short, they said there was "no alternative replacement" for 80-04868-90 and it was on a nationwide backorder. What I mentioned in quotes was their update, there was no Hello, no signature and no apology...Very frustrating experience but AMP Research also had no issue selling brand new steps with the motors...for +$2000. Maybe buy a 2 motor step and hope both motor never die.

Screwed right into my amp power running board, worked immediately. Can't speak for its long term durability but 5 stars for the short term. Part felt good and heavy. Looked identical to the original.
