Ampersand's Scratchboard panel is superior to the cheaper paper brands. When starting out I used the cheaper brand and was so disappointed that I almost gave up. Then decided to try Ampersand's board. With it, I can create the areas of lower value to contrast with higher value. Plus, using the Ampersand black ink, I can repair areas and go over them again. The board has a thicker ink layer than the other brand and hence, more control over light to dark.

I thought it was scratch off and do a picture but was disappointed when I found out it was its a chalk board . But the kids are loving it

Oltre alla spesa della tavola,si sono aggiunte inaspettate le spese doganali...se l'avessi saputo non l'avrei acquistata!... Purtroppo in Italia non sono reperibili..ma penso sarà la prima e l'ultima.
