I like that the bottle holder is fabric, rather than one of those plastic clips that will break, and that my regular bottles fit in it. Also my phone fits in the pocket. However, it is SO HARD to adjust this thing that it is completely useless. Any time you take off or put on a layer of clothing, or if you want to use it without the bottle, or anything else that requires tightening or loosening the strap involves taking the thing off and struggling with it for half an hour. That was an absolute deal-breaker for me. Sending it back.

I like the bottle attachment, the pouch. Everything about the actual function is wonderful. But adjusting the length of the strap is ridiculous. An absolute pain. & usually, you need to tighten/loosen a fanny pack due to outfit or bloat, nope, can't do that with this one. & if it's too bouncy, you can't adjust it while running.I really wanted to like this... But I usually skip over it, grab my old basic fanny pack & carry an amphipod water bottle.

I live in a hot and humid place. It's almost essential to have a water bottle on summer runs. It is nice to have a bottle carrier with a pocket for my cell phone. This product is almost perfect. I'd give it a 4.5 if half stars were possible.I don't like the flat flask or water bottle for two reasons: 1) hard to replace in carrier. You have to match up the flat shape of the bottle with the shape of the sheath - not always easy b/c it is behind you and you are running. A round bottle would be easier to replace in a round holder. 2) if bottle was round like the ubiquitous bicycle style water bottle you could use water bottles of different sizes to meet your individual needs. I would use a large bottle for longer runs and smaller bottles for shorter runs. As it is, I'm stuck using the 16 oz bottle provided.Bottom line is - I use this product several times a week. I like it. The size of the belt/carrier is fine. However, every time I use it, I think about how they just missed making a perfect product.

this works well for what it does, but seems expensive to me. on top of that it is super hard to adjust. To adjust you have to stop, take the whole thing off, and spend several minutes for even the slightest change; not gonna change it on the run! On the other hand I assume once adjusted, it is not likely to change accidentally. I think for 25% less or so with a quick adjust strap it would be great. Lot's of similar listed on Amazon, but i went with the name. I do like the way the bottle works.

The 16oz water bottle is a good size. I have used this for training and racing (up to half marathon). May not be enough for a marathon. It does leak from time to time, but it think it has usually been the result of not completely screwing the cap all the way down.

I don't know if I didn't set it up right, but I always felt it bumping my back.
