Wonderful product. Worked great in a palm tree. They were sturdy and I felt very confident standing in them while having to climb a tree. But I way understand estimated how many I would need and ordered 2 set and still needed 3 more sets to reach the top. So plam according and think about 6/8 inches in between each step. Only because you are climbing a tree and this way they are stable and you can reach them while climbing comfortably and confidently. But they were great.

Appears to be better quality than local retail offers. A good value for the money. Comes in a nice carrying case but was slightly damaged in transit. One of the sharp ends came through the sidewall.
