WINDSHIELD WIPER REFILL

But understand that these are a little wider refills and won't fit into most wiper blades (although I haven't actually taken an exact measurement of them). You'll need the ANCO blades and I believe Wally World Super Tech (very inexpensive) will take these. Honestly, after I saw the price of the Super Tech blades, I wondered if I should have bought these refills. LoL😅

ANCO blades have been made since the windshield was installed on vehicles. They work fairly well and could last quite a few seasons. They are offered at a reasonable price, and installing just the refill blades and not the whole assembly, makes it quite a bit more affordable. However, with all these great qualities, they are entirely worthless..... if THEY DO NOT FIT.I just measured my originals and ordered a set of U-22R Wiper Refills. They are the correct length, but the guide rails on my arm assemblies are barely 1/4" or about 5mm. These Refills are about 3/8" or 9mm wide.Come to find our there is a Wide U22R blade refill.... and a N22R Narrow blade refill. So, it's back to the 'This Will Fit Your Thingy' page. It's May in California.... no rain for a while.

It's gotten tough to find these refills anywhere. These fit fine and I only replaced the part that needed changing.

I bought this item for my 2012 Ram Quad Cab. First I asked if anyone knew if it fit my truck. No answer. Seller didn't respond and they didn't have a way for me to inquire directly.. There are 2 refills in the package. I received it within the time specified. The manufacturer package was opened suggesting someone had returned it, probably because it didn't fit their car. Item was in new condition. I tried to install it as is but it was a tiny bit too wide and the metal clasps to secure refills didn't fit into my original wiper blade. I opened the clips on the blade (6-8 of them on each blade) slightly with pliers and the refill slid right in. The clasps (silver things on the refills that secure the refills in the clips) didn't fit as they were but the refill had prepunched holes on the other end that allowed me to install the clasps in a way that allowed them to stick out of the blade and still be secure, obviously designed to fit my truck. With these 2 minor adjustments I was able to replace my old refills with these. Other than the inconvenience of not knowing if they would fit, having to use pliers to modify my wiper blades, and a high cost of shipping (almost as much as the refills themselves), I am satisfied with the product. So far they have worked very well,, no sticking or uneven wiping, smooth. I enjoy using my original equipment and not having to throw out a perfectly good set of wiper blades and just getting the refills. I didn't see a way to contact the seller to ask about the fit.

Perfect ft. The only issue I had was in reading that they were a pair and I order 2 each instead of one.

Let's say you have bought it.When it arrives at your door, you will notice a different fitment than your OEM insert. But you will think that it's ok if it fits. After you remove your wiper and struggle 15+ minutes with installation, you will realize that you received either too narrow or too wide refill. Even if you've got the right one, it won't go in easy. And when your hands will be covered in cuts and your forehead will be as wet as the Atlantic ocean, you will then realize that the refill you got is too long or too short and it still does not fit!OK, you'll think. This crap is still eligible for a return. On the return page, you are going to see that to return it, you must pay half item's price and drive for 1 hour to drop it off.Just don't buy it, OK?

The days of rubber blade only refills are coming to an end. You can still find them online and at the dealers but, finding the RIGHT size is pretty impossible. The system the companies set up is just nuts.Amazon Garage said these would fit my car. But they are a WIDE version. My blades are the thin kind.I think, now, the companies have just forced us to pay for the whole frame.I recommend all metal (if that was what your care had). Anco does not seem to make all metal anymore. So I would check out Michelin or RainX (all metal kind they make - not the bean style) blades.

If you have the SEO 9C1 Wiper on your 94-96 Impala SS or 9C1 Caprice, this is the perfect refill for them. You just have to rip the rubber refill out of the ANCO plastic backing and patiently insert it into the 9C1 Wiper frame. But I have the say the quality of the rubber is not as good as GM OE.
