As per other reviews, these are on the expensive side for plastic construction, but they are the exact Andersen replacements that I needed. Maybe if you subtract all my wasted time at the big box stores trying to find an after market product that would work (which I could not find), the price would not be that much of a concern after all.

Perfect replacement for the original Andersen dash locks. Sturdy, easy to install, lined up perfectly with the existing screw holes.

I wasn't sure at first whether it would fit or not, but decided to try it. Once I received it, definitely easy to put on but as others had mentioned it is plastic. But the one it replaced was plastic also. Works just fine and serves its' purpose, just have to be careful. Price was a little high, but needed it to secure window. But glad Amazon had it.

I bought this to replace the broken window lock I have. It’s authentic and it fits the same and look the same as on the picture.
