Camera Cage Kit Designed The kit includes a camera cage, top handle and a wooden side handle that is well suited to the camera and replaces the Sony A7R III / A7 II / A7III.
MULTIPLE ACCESSORY HOLDERS: With lots of 1/4 inch threaded holes, two cold shoe mounts for microphone, fill light, monitor and articulated arm.
No blocking of original camera parts: the cage has been specially designed for the camera body and does not block the battery compartment and the original functional parts. It is very convenient.
Universal Mounting: The camera can be fixed by a 1/4" screw at the bottom of the cage with 1/4" and 3/8" thread to quickly charge the tripod.
Solid Aluminum Alloy Structure: The cage is made of aluminum alloy, sturdy enough for long time use and is perfect for protecting the camera and mounting on extension cords.

I did not except such good quality for the price tbh. Very sturdy, does not wobble, fits perfectly and i can open battery and sd card slots perfectly. You can also place the handle on either side which is pretty cool. Highly recommend.

This camera cage is amazing! It fits perfectly and is super easy to set up. I love that you can choose where to put the extended handle or top handle. The magnetic tool in the wood handle is a great touch. Plus, it’s way cheaper than similar items out there but doesn’t skimp on quality. The dark aluminum looks sleek, and the wood handle is really comfortable. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish camera rig!

The product I received was not black, rather, a metallic gold color. I noticed in another review the same thing happened to them. I have emailed their support email to give them a chance to send me the correct color. If I hear back from them, I will update my review.Other than the wrong color, I am thoroughly surprised at the good quality this cage has. It is firm and rigid, and fits on my Sony A7IV like a glove. Looking forward to using this set up for my wedding videography business. Its also great how many hot shoe mounts it has. Also happy that it has a little slot where you can hide an Alan wrench for quick access at any time. One thing to note however, it comes with three different Alan wrenches, all different sizes. But you can only carry one at a time in the slot. So you can only tighten the main screw that attaches to the camera itself, and the wooden grip. But you will have to use a separate Alan wrench for the top grip.

I was skeptical at first. Have been eyeballing smallrig cage and accessories for the A7R3 for some time. Found this on Amazon and saw some reviews were good. I took a chance with this being half the price of competitors and so glad I did! The cage itself is a little tricky to install because you can't really see the gap to eyeball where your mounting screw is going in, so it's kind of guessing. Overall fits like a glove and I like how you can tear down the wooden handle to reverse it for the other side if needed for different preferences. 5 stars across the board! Good quality materials despite "made in china" on box.

This cage is amazing! I thought at the price I would be giving up features other more expensive cages offer... WRONG! This has everything and then some. The built in tools are so handy. The color is a dark aluminum and looks very expensive. The wood handle is high quality and comfortable. I would suggest this to anyone looking for the last handheld right they'll ever need.

This cage is amazing it fits like a glove and is easy to setup, it’s nice being able to choose what side to put the extended handle or the top handle as an optional piece, the tool being magnetic in the wood is a nice bonus, and it’s way cheaper than similar items elsewhere

It is not often listed, but this rig fits the A7R2 perfectly. It looks great, feels great. Everything feels quality. All the tools required to securely fasten/attach the rig to the camera was included and it all just clicks in perfectly. For the wooden handle, I flipped it around so that the grooved part was facing forward, and it has lived on my camera body for 48hrs with no issues whatsoever.Currently have an LED cube, small shotgun mic, v-mount styled battery pack and 7" field monitor with an 85mm lens on there and it feels right at home. Definitely recommend.

Ware kam pünktlich, aber das Paket war offen sowie auch alle Teile nicht verschlossen waren. Es war alles vorhanden und i.O. Im Normalfall ist es so das alle Teile verpackt sind u das Paket auch verschlossen ist. War es ehem Kundenware u einfach nur wieder rein gelegt ? Die Rig passt super auf der SONY A7III u ich kann LED Lichter u Mikrofon super daran befestigen u verschiedenen Positionen . . .

Unfortunately this didn’t suit my needs as I was trying to build up a custom rig from different parts the measurements of the cage itself didn’t match up to what I needed as for the quality of the product I can comment on longevity as I sent it right back but it felt sturdy and well made for such a cheap price (I was trying to use it with a canon)
