I got this at the listed retail value of 500 dollars. Definitely is not worth that. I am very upset considering there is a 40 percent off coupon making it nearly twice as much as the actual cost. I should have two of these for the listed retail value that they gave it to me at.

contacting the manufacturer, there was some back-and-forth, but I’m happy to say they ultimately resolved the issue. They sent the correct file, which worked perfectly, and now the machine fully supports the advertised currencies. The customer service team eventually came through, and I appreciate their effort in fixing the problem. The counter itself works flawlessly and is a great tool for handling multiple currencies. Highly recommended now that the issue has been addressed!
