I actually got this timer to use in a fifth grade classroom to time oral presentations. It works absolutely perfectly for that. It only takes a couple minutes to figure out how to use it. It's bright, the remote works pretty good, and its loud. Downsides include the fact that the magnet, while okay, is not very strong. If you have a slick surface, the timer will slide down if you don't have a secondary way of propping it up. Another downside is that the remote is optical and MUST have a line of sight to the device. What's more, the remote only works from about 15 feet away or closer. That said, those two downsides are well within what I expected from the description and reviews. Another thing: the battery life seems good. Granted, I don't use it constantly as you might in a gym. But have used it daily over the course of about 3 months, and have still not yet needed to charge the battery. Great product.

I put this in a zip lock and set on side of pool. Large, bright numbers are great for timing and intervals. Price is great also. Glad I found it.

I bought this to use as a pace clock for swimming. It is the perfect size to transport and store in my bag, and viewing is simple even in the middle of the day with the sun shining. The battery is long-lasting (I use the "stopwatch" mode three times/week for an hour each time) and only needs to be charged once or twice/month. The magnets are a nice addition and allow me to put the pace clock out of the reach of any excess splashing, as well. Very happy with this clock and would not hesitate to purchase it again.

This is a small clock. I would like it to be a little bigger but the size works for what I need it for. Love the magnet feature and it holds well. The remote is also a nice touch. Numbers are easy to see and a lot of functions on it.

Great clock with a lot of features. Timer is loud! It takes some time to set and figure out custom timing, but once you get it down it is saved and ready. There are some preset intervals, as well as count up, count down, round timers.

Good clock, used for many things, not just the gym. You can take it anywhere. Will last a good amount of time one a single charge. The remote is a great option.

The battery life is so short it makes it not usable.Edit: The company reached out to make it right. I still canรขโฌโขt recommend the product but I added stars based on the good customer service.
