Arrived in MN to a temp of -20F, and it only got colder from there. I was meant to have some more suitable footwear, but that didn't arrive in time, so I had these socks and my regular shoes. They did the job, helping my feet stay warm despite the absurd temperatures. They are cozy, soft, and so pretty. They're also on the thicker side, and come in a larger size option (bless, lol) than most women's socks tend to be available. My feet didn't sweat, there are no annoying toe seams, and they seem to be overall really well-made. Anyway... I LOVE THESE SOCKS.

Socks are socks, right? NO. I know reviews vary and some people love things and others hate them. Trust me, I'm a sock snob. These are fantastic socks in fun yet subtle colors. I love the way they feel and they are the perfect weight for wearing with every type of shoe. I don't know how they hold up since I just got them but who cares. At this price I don't expect them to last for 20 years but maybe they will. They are everything all the other reviews said as far as breathable and keeping your feet warm without sweating. I hate to take them off. Trust me, you won't regret it if you order some.

The colors are just as bright in person. The socks are well made, thick (not too thick though), warm/comfy, and, most importantly, not scratchy at all. I just bought a second set in different colors and am purging my sock drawer.

I’m changing my review to 4* because despite the wonderful socks, I ordered a pair for my husband and first order was the completely wrong set (color, height, size), returned for replacement, second order only included 3 pairs of the 5. Why is this so hard???These socks are the bomb. They are so cozy, so warm, perfect thickness (a little too thick for one of my boots), high merino wool content, the top stays up but doesn't bind (I have issues with the top of socks being tight), and the beautiful colors are true to the picture. I just love them. I've slept in them a few times when it was really cold. They are a little slippery on hardwood, more so that normal athletic socks, so be aware. I gave my daughter a pair (I didn't tell her I had 4 more though), and she messaged me that they were her favorite socks she's ever put on her feet. That is a true compliment!!Truly, these are cute, warm, and so far high quality and wash well. Absolutely love them in every way. And just under $20 for FIVE PAIRS?!? Unheard of. That's one pair of Smartwools and I like these better (Smartwools often bind at the top).I just bought another set of the colorful ones for my daughter for a little Valentine's Day gift (I'll reclaim the gray pair)--though they will arrive late that is ok--and two sets of the men's green multi-color ones for my husband and son. I think they will all be excited to receive these. I'm definitely excited to give them!

I first bought these for me and loved them so much I gifted some to my sister. They are soft, warm, wash well, don't scrunch into my shoes and colors are great. Even better, they comfortably fit my size 11 feet; Sis only wears an 8 and they fit her just fine. A houseguest was helping Sis fold laundry and came across the socks. Instant love and they contacted me for the link so she could order some too.

I was looking to replace my favorite hiking socks that another company no longer makes. These are a good alternative! Very warm & soft, and seem to hold up in the wash. Great price point. I’ll buy them again!

These socks are great. They are thin but keep feet warm to around -10C. They also wash very well.

I recently treated myself to a lot of new socks including these merino wool ones. They have become my favourites. They are luxuriously soft and quite thick but they also fit my feet snugly because of the way they are designed with different weaves in different sections of the sock. They have good elasticity so they go on easily - I have very wide feet - and they stay up well without being too tight around my ankles.After wearing and washing these a few times they still look as good as new. I did accidentally wash one pair on a 40 degree cycle rather than a wool wash and they were fine, didn't shrink at all. I will buy some more pairs when I feel like treating myself.
