We need a new DVR and this one worked great with our camera system. It’s a great price for the money easy to use and so far the performance has been exceptional with the great customer service provided us by- Alejandro Vasquez At Annke we were able to get the cameras up and working remotely with no issues.

This CCTV Security Camera DVD is easy to operate. I have accessed it from overseas in other countries to check on my home. Clear pictures, can call up video from anywhere anytime of the day!

Be warned, unlike other DVRs I've purchased in the past, and already owning cameras, this DVRs power supply will only power the DVR. You will need a separate one just for the cameras. Others I've had powered everything. That said, the software on this one Annke Vision, is probably the best one I've used yet. Simple to use and activate new devices to view on phones and PC. Of the PC software is the best I've used too. Other are really bad, but the windows version of Annke Vision is really good. Overall very happy with the DVR so far.

I purchased this to replace an old system that the hard drive went bad on, but I had that system almost 20 years so I got this one to replace it and it does not communicate with the monitor. We’ve tried everything calling the company that was no help and by the time we realized that nothing was gonna happen. It was too late to return it or nothing could be done, so I’m unable to view my security cameras from my monitors within the security room. It’s really not worth to buy even the images of the cameras seem smaller it doesn’t show its much range or area. Should I say as my , so I’m unable to view my security cameras from my monitors within the security room. It’s really not worth the buy. even the images of the cameras doesn’t show the full area. It only shows half the area my old DVR showed my images a wider picture

Very good product. I originally bought another one and didn't realized it had no hard drive until I called up the company. After spoken to the guy I was told there was no hard drive on my previous device. He was kind enough to send me a few links to buy the one I wanted which was this one right here. It records and pic quality is very clean and clear. Great customer service and product. A must buy.
