This is my 2nd cell phone/iPad stand. The previous one was just for the phone and smaller.Then I needed one for my tablet so I purchased this one (KG310Pro). It is very well made seems to be thick aluminum or some alloy construction but very sturdy. Not too light, nor too heavy; just enough to support weight of the tablet without toppling over. The width is good to support the tablet either vertically or horizontally. For the phone, it may be bit wide when placed vertically (as it is primarily made for tablet) but that is actually better as I prefer wider support.There are two folding plates so I can use it at virtually any angle. It is completely foldable if desired so. The hinges are just perfect for adjustment – neither too tight nor too loose. So, far it is holding very well with daily use and I think it will provide me good service for long time. I would highly recommend this not only for tablets but also for smart phones. I bought silver color (my preference) but they may have other colors as well.If I need another one, I will certainly buy this one again.

My iPad cover folds into a stand, but it doesn't handle portrait mode very well. I do some computer work where I use my iPad as a reference for what I am doing, so I needed something better. This stand is perfect. It handles portrait and landscape easily. It's very sturdy, yet compact and doesn't take up more desk space than the tablet itself. It has rubber grips built in, so the tablet is stable. It's definitely one of the better values I have found anywhere.

This was perfect for my Samsung S9 FE tablet. It is sturdy but not super heavy. Even though the design is sleek (which contributes to the color showing beautifully), it has grip at the bottom so it’s not just sliding around. The size is perfect and can easily be adjusted and folded to put away. I had it at work and my co-worker asked me where I go it from. I said, Amazon, of course!

Surprisingly impressed. I was worried if it would hold the weight of my monitor, seems super sturdy. Time will tell if it hold up long term with daily use

These stands are nice, I purchased two to try out for training sessions. Our tablets are the Zebra with protective boots so I was concerned if they would fit the stands. The tablets are a bit too wide but the stands work well. The stands fold up but do not move under the weight of the tablets. My only complaint is the stands are a bit wobbly to use with touchscreen tablets. I recommend using an external keyboard and mouse. I will purchase more stands as these are very sturdy. These are perfect for cell phones, E-readers, etc. as well.

This stand is super sturdy. Solidly manufactured. It holds my ipad/fire tablet weight very well. And the stand is plenty wide enough to hold my ipad and fire tablets with covers/protective cases on them.I would buy again.

It's an all metal body with some thoughtful little silicon or rubber strips. Simple but it seems really well machined and holds an angle really well once adjusted.I've only had a few months, but it seems way better that most of the alternatives here - the only downside might be it's lack of adjustable height, but it wouldn't be compact if it could go higher and if you're having it next to a laptop you won't want it very high anyways.
