Seldom do I leave a review, but I felt I just HAD to this time! I must say that my family and I have tried the name brand Gel Blasters, of the Surge models to be exact, but they just cant compare to the Anstoy AKM – 57 in our opinion. From accuracy, to replacement parts if needed, to Anstoy’s truly EXCELLENT Customer Service if you have any issues or questions. I personally haven’t found a better more reliable gel blaster in this price range as of yet!! We purchased two of these for ¾ the price of one Gel Blaster brand gun. We had 3 of the Surges and have had issues with all 3 shortly after purchasing them. Customer Service was poor, and in the end, they refused to stand behind their product.. sad story…So far, the Anstoy gel blasters are working great!! Faster FPS, and some of the straightest shooting blasters I’ve seen. They are very easy to assemble and get up and running in no time! The two that we purchased arrived very quickly and packaged well. Both were brand new and not used. All parts were in the box as they should be. We were so excited to try them out, the batteries were even charged to have some quick fun!The ONLY issue we faced was that according to the sales page, we should have received the 4.0 upgraded batteries of 1200mah, instead, each gun had a 500mah battery in the box. This was a little disappointing. So rather than do like most others and just return them both to go with a different brand, I emailed Anstoy with my issue. To my surprise I received a speedy reply from one of the founders of the company!! He was very apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make this right! After a couple emails back and forth, he exceeded our expectations and made us happy!! It is EXTREMELY RARE these days to actually have a company stand behind what is right, even if it costs them money, and to truly care about retaining a customer! For this reason alone I would gladly do more business with Anstoy!! As of now we couldn’t be happier with their gel blasters!!Thank you Anstoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you

We saw this item reviewed online and so many people said so many good things about it. We bought one and the first day after opening, used it for about 20 minutes and now it no longer works. We tried recharging the battery again and still nothing. This blaster has so much potential and we are so disappointed that we spent the money for nothing, or at least we had thought. Shortly upon receiving word of what had happened with our situation, a representative from Anstoy contacted me directly to offer assistance and resolution options. Not only did they offer information and advice but offered parts replacement among other things to help fix the problem. I would absolutely recommend them to others and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. The other people I personally know who have bought this item are thoroughly satisfied.

I got this and took it at the casing, a wire broke while it was sitting around but I can easily re solder it.

Gun barely shoots the orbs 10 feet with 0 power. Way smaller gun than expected. Would not buy again

My family recently received this in the mail and were pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy it was to setup the gel blaster. Great range and accuracy for the money and kids enjoyed it alot.
