Takes up some counter space, but it's relatively small, rather quiet, and produces wonderful, safely chewable ice. This is a household that *loves* ice, including cronching on it. I fill with bottled water, not tap, and am delighted with it.

This is the best little ice maker for the money. Been using it for a month without a single problem. Use bottled water and you have amazing tasting ice. I don’t chew ice but others in household do and they love it. Mostly I prefer the shape and texture compared to other commercial ice makers. The ice is very small and soft. I remove from basket and put in freezer. It will get harder but it’s still better than any other ice I have ever bought including sonic. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great little machine. It's definitely noisy, but it doesn't bother us. The ice is perfect! -- anyone know if you can turn it OFF without having to unplug!?!

Ice remains frozen even if left in machine. Chewable ice is soft, not hard. Works quickly. I leave mine on at all times. You can store in bags in freezer for a larger ‘go-to’ supply. I’ve tried and returned 3 other ice makers. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

The ice maker was delivered today & unpacked. Reading the instructions turned me right off. Clean with Bleach every day.!!! Clean with Vinegar once a month. Machine is not usable for hours on end with these cleaning procedures. Sending it back. None of the many ice machines I have bought over the years work for more than a year. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty on the last one & this one. Read the summary really close before buying an ice machine. And this one had 5 stars!!a

We are never out of ice. It fits nicely on our counter. Two complaints It is very loud, if it needs more water it just does't quit, it is constantly starting a cycle to see if there is enough water.
