There are made of hard plastic, not rubber. There's only a thin disk of rubber on the very bottom and it's pretty low quality bc the washer slides around on them. They didn't do much for my washer.

I used these under my stove because the plug sat just a little too high for me to be able to push all the way back. Worked out perfectly and I actually like the height of the stove better now.
