I was doubtful that this would work, since the screws holding the eyelets were not very long, but it worked great; I wish I had installed this months ago. There were clear instructions included (one of the earlier reviews said there were no instructions).

We had to lift the side of our gate in order to close it, and I wanted a quick solution. Once you play with the tightness, and get the hang of the installation - it really works! The black coating on the screws/bolts comes off very easily (as I was installing, it was rubbing off on my hands). I could also see needing to replace the screws eventually since they are cheap and will probably rust. Otherwise, it is a great product.

With my gate being so large, I thought I was going to need a wheel. Instead I returned the wheel because this resolved my gate sag. I thought it was made well. The braided steel was high quality and wrapped in a protective plastic sheath!

We have a hot tub just off our deck and a little gate in the deck rails that leads to the hot tub. Since install, that gate has ALWAYS sagged. I spent maybe 10 minutes attaching this and the sag is gone. i mean, it's so level now that I had to change the placement of the latch. I should have done this a few years ago. Great solid product. Wire is coated in plastic... just great all around.
