The Literry Anti-Slip Elastic Comfort Eyeglasses Temple Tips Sleeve did not work for me, probably because of the slim design of my Oakley frame. While they held the glasses in place for the most part, they had a tendency to slide of the frames when not takinging them off carefully. Eventually, I started to loose them. Probably better suited for thicker frames.

I splurged on some big chunky designer prescription sunglasses, only to find that they're so heavy (almost 3 ounces) that they constantly slipped down my nose. These solved the problem.

These are perfect for holding glasses in place. I do however larger sizes should be offered for larger stem glasses
