This is the second Millercat shield I purchase. This one is the stainless steel version and is substantially more robust than Aluminum. Installation was very easy and I did installed it in less than 45 minutes. Good product and will help you sleep better at night knowing my Prius is protected against cat theft. Shipping was fast as well.

The product was installed by a mechanic with no difficulty. The attachment screws required a special fixture making it unlikely a thief will bother attempting to steal the catalytic converter.

In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the stainless steel one, as it is much harder for the thieves to cut….according to my Son. However, he said it was easy do install, and recommends w arching the YouTube videos first.

Good product and sturdy design. Only issue is the vibration that resonates when accelerating from a stopped position. Everything else is good quality.

This shield arrived much faster than I anticipated. We've had a rash of prius catalytic converter thefts which led me to place the order. My mechanic said the install was straight forward and pretty easy to do. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this and brought it to my seasoned, trustworthy mechanic. He pointed out that it's put in with screws (albeit ones with a unique head that I am sure thieves are adept at having a tool for) that wouldn't really take more than 20 extra minutes to remove. That means roughly 27 minutes to remove, which in the dead of night, is perfectly manageable. He showed me a different product (for the same price) a client of his brought in that is put in with rivets, that would take hours to remove.Any product is not a guarantee against theft, but this one just does not offer enough for the long haul.
