Works great. Has helped me run cable through walls and tight spaces. This version is for USB-C. Will not work on Apple Lightning port. If you have an iPhone, make sure you have USB-C.

It's probably the easiest set up I've ever had for external devices. Plugging it in gives you the link to download the app from your appstore. It works great and even comes with adapters for seeing around corners or behind the snake. Picture quality is fine and the options to control the light brightness and take video or pictures is awesome.

The scope is actually very well-built, works quite well with the cell phone, and produces crystal clear pictures. So why didn't I give it a better rating?This endoscope works very well in very tiny spaces because it only gives you a picture immediately in front of the camera head. I needed it to look down some vent pipes in the plumbing system, and into an underground air conditioning air return system. It just does not have a wide enough view to deal with openings that large.While I was using it I was asked by somebody to check why their fountain wasn't putting water out. The water tube was a little bigger around than the endoscope and frankly it could not have worked any better for this application. I pushed it to the bottom of the tube and found several insects had formed a nest in the bottom of their fountain. The image was perfect, and the scope worked as advertised.So all in all, I would tell you this is a very good product but only works in limited applications. Given what I paid for it, I'm not that disappointed. But, I will need to go get a more professional unit to figure out the problem with this air conditioning system.

Honestly bought this because I heard rattling in the heating duct. We found a small piece of metal or something left by the previous owners. Easy fix and saved us the cost of full duct cleaning. I can think of many uses! It also connected to my android phone very easily and was simple to understand and adjust.

Camera was great! Worked exactly as expected and provided a pretty clear picture for us. We had a visitor under our shed and wanted to get a good idea of how far back the little den went. The camera had no problem reaching under the shed and was easy to manipulate to see a full view of what our critter was doing under there. Great little camera for around the house use.

I'm an automotive technician and use a borescope a few times a year, always had to borrow one from another technician as I didn't have my own. instructions were easy and clear to follow, app was easy to find and took seconds to download, plug in the camera with the proper adaptor and you're up and running within a minute. comes with a couple attachments for the end of the camera, one being a small mirror to see around tight corners. have used it a few times and never had any issues, another guy i work with borrowed it and did a comparison against a borescope he bought from snap-on a few years ago and the picture quality on this cheap amazon find was way better. for the price you can't beat it.
