These mesh mats have worked perfect. They are ridged enough that I can hold in the middle with one hand, but still flexible. I have had no issues with anything sticking to it and they clean very easy. I do not use them at high temps ( usually 250 deg or less) so I can’t really comment on that, but so far they are holding up well. They were to wide to place two side by side on my grill so I easily cut one in half with meat scissors and it performs just as well as the others. Highly recommend!

Best thing I ever bought for grill. Only used a. Couple times I cooks a beef brisket and when I took it off the grill iI didn’t stick and clean up was easy. Recommend highly

What a great idea. I use them on my gas grill for fish, veggies, shrimp - almost anything that used to require a skewer. They don't hold up well for extreme steak-sear temps above 600, but hold up very well at 400. I will never be without.

They seem to resist heat just fine. Notice it says Heat resistant. Nowhere does it say FLAME resistant. If you want to use them on a gas grill or over a fire, these are not for you! I use them in a smoker so no direct heat. They are holding up great. I can see that if exposed to a direct flame they would probably not last. Made about 50# of jerky on them this fall. They still look and function great. Looking forward to many years.

Not sure I should use these. Amazon website description says they can be used on gas grills but package directions say in all caps "NOT FOR USE ON GAS GRILS"'

work for both my BBQ a Webber and a Matador ....and non stick confirmed ...have not yet tried to clean
