I purchased this for my nieces and nephew. They spend hours jumping. It's durable and has held up well over the year. The kids have so much fun on it, as well as the adults. Great value.

I ordered this 10ft trampoline in May. The instructions were easy and didn’t take long to put together. I think it took my husband and I an hour to assemble completely.While almost finished I realized we were missing just one spring. I contacted the seller and they sent an entire box of springs to me right awayAc few months have passed now and I just noticed one of the frame bars was bent. We had a ton of storms this summer and it has held up so well so I’m not sure how this happenedBut once again 4 months after my purchase I contacted the seller and they have apart shipped a new frame barI’m so happy with how they handle their customers and plus my kids, husband and I all love the trampolineBest money spent so far in yard activities

We’ve had this trampoline for about a month now, and it’s been a hit with the kids! The frame feels sturdy, and the safety net provides peace of mind while they’re jumping. It’s big enough for a couple of kids to use at the same time without feeling cramped, which is great for playdates.The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the assembly process—it was a bit of a challenge. The instructions weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, and it took much longer than expected to put it together. Also, a couple of the screws were tricky to align.Overall, it’s a fantastic trampoline that’s well worth the effort. The kids are happy, and it seems durable enough to last us for years!

We bought the 15 footer and my kids love it! It huge and very bouncy. It took me about 3-4 hours to do. I have a disabled leg and arm so I go pretty slow. The directions only have pictures so that could be better. A couple pieces of advice. The U poles at the bottom have to be turned a certain way to line up and its not labeled. The hardest part was getting all the bolt holes to line up so dont fully tighten any bolts until all bolts are in place. Also, the T connection pieces that connect the metal to make the actual trampoline ring don’t slide right into place. So you will have to hammer the T connections into the metal pieces to connect the ring. The instructions say nothing of this. As long as you go slow and make sure all holes are lined up you get in a rhythm. You just cant beat the price for such a large trampoline. Basketball hoop is junk though it broke on the third day

Was very easy to put together and has lasted pretty long compared to others. My son is Autistic and jumps A LOT. It definitely has lasted his hours of jumping and a couple of hurricanes. He still bounces just as high as the day we got it. Super functional and not super heavy so it’s easy to move around the yard.

Trampoline was easy enough to put together with the help of another person. The basketball thing broke after 4 teenage boys were playing rough with it, got ahold of the seller and they sent me a new one right away. I was away for 2 weeks and didn’t pick up the package (I live out in the mountains so they delivered to my local post office) and they sent it back. I got ahold of seller again and they resent it right away. Amazed by the customer service, and thankful for their help! Highly recommend!

The instructions are terrible. No real explanation, just pictures and some steps have you guessing at what exactly it is telling you to do. We bought this to replace a more expensive one that finally bit the dust and the quality lacks. I hope this lasts my kids a few years but I'm not super hopeful. The basketball hoops is so flimsy that we're not even bothering putting it up. We know it will not last at all. A lot of other things just seem lacking in the quality department. "I guess you get what you pay for is true."
