Says overnight shipping but took 18 days to arrive.Function wise it’s pretty good. The foam is a little bit too soft for some positions but overall happy with the bolster.

Contrary to several reviews, my bolster sprang open to full size as I was taking it out oof the plastic. It is sturdy and the length fits my yoga mat width perfectly. The bolster is kind of stiff but molds a bit as it warms from my body heat. Worth the money to me.

I order two of these to have props for a yin yoga class. I have used them myself and they are of great quality, and wonderful colors, and can be used for meditation also.

Former bodybuilder type turned to more mobility and function focused movements after a nerve injury. I'm relatively new to the world of yoga and flexability. I'm a big fan of adding tools or gadgets to mix things up. In the few years of pivoting, I have accumulated a variety of rollers, bands, blocks in my journey to balance. Somehow a bolster seems to have escaped my grasps until this one. I am quite impressed.The foam is very sturdy! It can hold my top heavy 5'10" 200+ lb without sinking. Very firm but not enough to be uncomfy or just a straight hard piece of foam like a yoga block. I was not well versed on how exactly to apply it, so after a following along with a couple youtube videos I definitely can appreciate and understand the use better. The handle (on the cover) is nice as it provides a quick grip so you don't have to pinch the fabric of the cover. The cover being washable is too as I'm sure as the weather gets nicer this will get gross. The included carry strap is nice but I don't have the need for it as this will likely never leave the house.4 stars, a welcome addition to my mat time.

Sad to be returning as I like the fabric design and the strap is really pretty. I paid full price at $40. The foam is cut too big on all 4 sides so it’s pulling at the stitching everywhere when inside the case, which is NOT stretchy. The seams are not sewn to withstand stretching so will pop.I’ve used the popular expensive brands and wanted to try inexpensive foam one. I unpacked and tried to make it work by using my own pillows. The foam comes compressed.Will continue to use my king pillow wrapped in towel or blanket instead. I’m going to a yin yoga teacher training and wanted to take my own rectangular bolster.Leaving neutral rating because of you’re going to use as decor and not for yoga it is nice looking $40 pillow case.I am a yoga teacher so I’ve used many different bolsters.

The cover is very soft and the bolster is sturdy and a good size. I bought two for my regular practice of yin yoga and have just started using it. This was an upgrade from couch bolsters I had used and I'm very impressed. Don't worry- when you first open it up, it is packaged tightly and looked smaller than I expected but expanded to the size I expected.

Supports 165lbs well without squashing flat.Physiotherapist recommended sitting on a cushion instead of the floor. The positive reviews I read about this bolster were all exactly correct. Colour is nice (blue) ….fabric like a synthetic suede. Foam continues to expand for a few hours after coming out of box. Perfect bolster for a sore hip when sitting on floor to do crafts, construct lego, do yoga, etc! Colourful strap super nice and sturdy. My wife says she’ll crochet a protective cover for it so we don’t have to struggle with (arthritic fingers) taking the decorative cover on and off to wash. Works for me :-)
