Great quality replacement camper door, product took forever to ship and arrived damaged. For $850 I would hope my item would arrive safely.

We ordered the door June 19th with hopes it would be in in time for our family camping trip. (During order it didn't tell us expected delivery date.) Finally got delivered July 6th ( the day we left for camping) we had to rent a camper since ours didn't have a door.Now in preparation for hunting I go to put the door on and its horribly damaged. Screen is busted and hole/crack on bottom. To makes matters worse...the exchange policy expired yesterday. Now I'm hundreds of dollars in the hole with a door that won't work during my winter hunting trip. They should have a grace period.....Horrible customer service.
