I am using the box for digital signage. After a few days the wifi stops working. I have tried contacting Geniatech customer support on Amazon and on their web site. They are completely unresponsive. Geniatech has terrible/non-existent customer support. They have not responded to any of my multiple email requests for help. Clearly Geniatech doesn't care about their customers!

We offer display systems for car dealerships. Looking for a less expensive player we tried this one. First, setup is cumbersome. Any cost savings was eaten up in the extra time it took for setup. Would display static .jpg images from our app but would not display .mov or .mp4 files rendering it useless.
