Do not buy this. Spigot sprays water all over, as if there is grit in the screen (but I took it apart to check and it is clean). Also, if filling a glass with cold water, when I close the lever, the water continues to flow for ~20 seconds (wasting a lot of water) and the last 10 seconds or so the water flows HOT!I didn't realize that to get hot water you have to hold the lever down (safety feature?). Not bad, just unexpected as in the past the hot lever worked the same as the cold lever (you could turn it on and it would stay on until you returned the lever to the off position).Unfortunately, I ordered this during COVID yet waited to install until I felt it was safe to have a plumber into my home. Then there was high demand and I had to wait weeks before plumber was available. I couldn't know this was faucet was such poor quality until it was installed, and by then it was too late to return it. And, it cost me $150 to have it installed so I feel like I am stuck with it until it totally fails.VERY DISAPPOINTING as I did a lot of research and even spoke with company representatives to make sure I was making a good choice. I was assured this was a quality product and that I would be happy with it. HA.BTW also note the unit is wider than most... it may not fit if you have a soap dispenser on your sink, in addition to a garbage disposal vent and a sink faucet, too, all on one half of your sink.

The first one came quickly but wrong finish then ordered a replacement in the chrome finish. We replaced an older cold filtered and insta -hot dispenser faucet and love this new one. The flow is much more then the old one and the spout swivels . Great looking and now matches my Rohl kitchen faucet.

Well made tap with easy installation. Hoses are well marked and color coded so the possibility of connecting itthe wrong was is nearly impossible. Easy to use with ceramic valves so handles will remain in the same position over time.All and all as good quality and the big manufacturers with a different look.
