Fit is nice, I like that I can remove some of the weights to change it to a lighter weight. Velcro hold very well. I have tiny ankles and I can wrap them around securely.

Easy to adjust, great weight, perfect for wanting to work the glutes and legs more. Absolutely no complaints. Best with tall socks.

The only problem I have is they’re too big for my smaller ankles no matter how much I tighten them. I kinda have that issue with most things though, I have a narrow heel and foot as well. So I pop on thicker socks to prevent rubbing or irritation. These are made very well and are sturdy. They smell strong at first but then air out. Way good price to me for what you’re getting. The Velcro is strong as heck! Little tricky to adjust the weights, but honestly I want it heavier. I did a 35 min tabata dance workout with these, and it was amazing! No leakage, no falling off. I also do walks with my kiddos, but our neighborhood is just a hill no matter where you go so these add an extra challenge. I was using 2lbs, and it wasn’t enough. I for sure feel the weight in these. I was kicking, doing boat pose, standing knees to elbows, all of it. Very happy with these.

Well constructed and attractive. I bought this for a friend and adjusted the weights by removing some of them from their pockets. I have to say it is a bit of a challenge to remove and replace the weights into their respective pockets. They are not solid as I initially thought and the fit is tight. The unit secures to the ankle very well by hook-n-loop. I thought they were reasonably priced.

They are better than other products I have tried good quality, fit securely, and give a good workout. The ankle weights are well made and provide a good weight and it doesn’t slip off while working out.

I liked that you can add and take off weights. This makes it very handy as you get stronger.

Overall they do what they say they'll do...add weight(s) to your ankles to benefit your workout. Here are the Pro's and Con's I have experienced in my couple weeks of using the weights. I've used them 3-4 times a week in my workouts. I do 3.5 miles on the treadmill at 4.0 degrees incline at 4.0 mph.The Pro's: The ability to change the amount of weight as your endurance increases. The Con's: The fit is uncomfortable, unless you have really fat ankles. Even at the tightest setting, they're a bit big and rub your heels. And that's at a quick walk, not even running. So I can't imagine the chaffing that would be created if you ran in them. The actual weights seem to be of good quality, but the stitching is not as depicted in their advertisement, not a big deal, but just an observation. The method of taking the weights in and out of their compartment's is cumbersome at best.Overall the weights are ok and do the trick. But the company's description is misleading. I'll probably end up keeping them as the cost wasn't that bad. Overall I'd give them 2.5 stars out of 5.
