Originally had a problem with minor manufacturing flaws, but Apollo worked with us until we received acompletly operational machine. Seller was interactive and involved to make sure we were satisfied.

It arrived a little beat up from shipping but just cosmetic damage. Assembly was quick and easy; maybe 20 minutes. THE PROBLEM: The legs are / were too "thick" for about 7 of 10 pallets. To "correct" this required C-clip plyers and more disassembly than many folks would want to take on. Once "fixed" (this should have been done prior to shipping) the skid jack works just fine. Ultimately a pretty good unit once "adjusted". When mine arrived the fully depressed level of the legs was about 3 7/16" too thick to go into most pallets. Spec said 3.1" I believe.

The product arrived defective - it won't lower all the way.At first, customer service (Joe!) was very attentive and returned my calls and emails. I tried 5 different sets of instructions (testing for excess hydraulic fluid, adjusting various settings, taking apart the arms under the forklift, etc.) and nothing has worked to get the fork to lower all the way. I have not heard from the company since I told them I would like to return it and receive a refund. I've spent nearly $2,000 and about 10 hours trying to upgrade to an electric pallet jack.
