I installed this A-Premium CV Axle Shaft Assembly today on my wife’s 2017 Subaru Forester, and I’m impressed with the quality. It arrived pre-greased and lubricated, making the installation process more convenient. The package also included a new CV axle nut, which was a nice bonus.Installation took about two hours—mostly because I’m not a mechanic. You’ll need a 32mm socket and a few other standard tools, but nothing out of the ordinary. Removing the old axle was a bit of a challenge, but installing this replacement was smooth as butter.After driving 100 miles so far, the performance has been flawless—completely silent, smooth, and solid. Side-by-side with the OEM axle, this one actually looks higher quality than what originally came with the car.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again from this brand. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable replacement!

It was reasonably packaged, although there were obvious indications it slid back and forth in its carton. There were supports to suspend it in its carton which were effective. It was sealed in a plastic bag and the carton was also encased in a plastic wrap. There really weren't any instructions but if you need those you should take your car to a dealer. If felt solid, with no slop in the joints. It installed as expected. A road test immediately after felt good and there is no noise with full crank on the steering. Oh yeah... it was

Like the title says, it has been installed on my car and after 7 months the grease inside the boot is already strewn about in a circle on the components around the axle. The clicking is also back now. This happened with both the cv axles I replaced on the front. Go OEM.Update: 07/01/2024Both axles I bought need to be replaced. Boot is torn and slinging oil everywhere

A light pull on the tripod joint popped it right out, the boot was the only part left holding it together.
