I read other reviews about the hose having a hole and it's too short. I don't believe this replacement hose is designed to have a clamp on the air box side, it does seem to fit snug and isn't going anywhere.The port near the throttle body is blocked on mine so I didn't need to plug it.Overall works fine and more flexible than the 19 year old stock hose with 209k miles.

Original finally tore open. 19 years. Was worried of the quality for what I paid. Surprisingly, it is good, flexible and fit well.2005 Honda Accord 2.4L 4 cylinder. 5 speed manual.

I'm not going to give this a bad review because I went in with both eyes open. I wanted the least expensive tube I could find and this was it. What did I like about it?? It fixed my vacuum leak, it's still working a month later and it cost substantially less than one from the dealer. What didn't I like? It was a little harder to install then a genuine part because it wasn't formed quite right or it became warped in its packaging. The clamps were difficult to fit properly and a vacuum fitting boss that is sealed off on a factory piece (because its not used on some models, such as mine) is open and no plug is provided. I sealed it off with a silicone plug. No big deal but a nicer part wouldn't have that issue and it adds a lot of time to the install. The bottom line here is that it's a cost saving part that requires a little extra time and finesse to install securely, but will work just fine.

I consider myself pretty mechanically savvy, this part was not too difficult to install, hardest part was installing the end that goes on the throttle body, the original part fits a little more rigid, this one has a flimsier end, onthe part that goes to the air filter, I was able to reinstall the spring that keeps it tight, was somewhat challenging, but got it done, great product for the price, thanks

For my 4 cylinder 2006 Honda accord this product is almost an exact match to OEM part. HOWEVER, the air filter side cannot use the hose clamp so it just sits on the connection and is only slightly snug so slight concern with a vacuum leak there. HOWEVER, there is another tube that is not used and sealed off on the OEM but the tube is wide open on this one. This might be ideal for other car models but not ideal for my car.

With a little persuasion it fit perfect on my 2005 Honda Accord 2.4 cyl. Just make sure to lubricate openings for the hose to slide on smoothly. Good value for the money. Cleared my P0107 code.
