I'm not sure if this clutch is working as designed or not. It engages much more than the OEM one did, so that makes my wife's Chrysler Aspen SUV sound like a Mack truck. Seems to be fine at hwy speeds, but around town, it's fully engaged when leaving stop lights or under light acceleration. If this were a Dodge Cummin Diesel, I might think the noise was normal, but not for a family hauler.I've had it installed a few weeks now, so I would think it is broken in fine. The only time the OEM one seemed to engage was when the vehicle was at a high operting temperature and that was very rare, so you never noticed the fan or thought about it. Now the fan noise is very prevalant and frequent.
