It does fit my 06 Acura tsx, but it failed after only about a month. I just got around to replacing it with a NTK one and as you can see, it is really bad. Ntk may be more but it is the oem part, not a hard job to do but why do it more than once, plus deal with the check emissions light.

I had a check engine light on in my acura tsx. After installing this o2 oxygen sensor there was no more code. It's only been 2 weeks since I have installed but it allowed me to pass smog.

It's a cheap sensor and get bad gas mileage. It's not worth it to cheap out on sensors
