Great value alternative to purchasing the entire assembly when only the motor needs replacement. The work is almost the same to replacement of the normal full part fan/motor/housing assembly, just a few more screws. So if you are doing the work yourself this fan motor is a great value. If you are getting paid by someone else to do the work, you just need to buy the full assembly since you have no "skin in the game" regarding that cost. My car had it's second OEM Nissan fan motor fail in 60k miles so I figured there's no additional risk to try an aftermarket part since the OEM seems to be crap. So far - so good. I might update in the future if this part craps out on me. Cheers!!

The leads are easily swapped with the OEM Fan and it is working fine so far.
