Metal spike is good. The rest is plastic and probably will eventually break. But so far, not a problem.

The metal on these broke after a few uses. They do work well but if they used better (stronger) metal they would have been great.I knew I had to be careful by the feel. When you need to use these normally the ground is very hard and I even dumped water on the ground at the location of where I wanted to push them into the ground but still didn’t seem to help.

The cheapest (in price) sprinkler that I found but the work better than much expensive ones that I have purchased in the past. Highly recommended .

The product description is accurate in terms of what is metal and what parts are plastic. The 'head' is mostly plastic! It works really well and is a great price. But you're going to need to be careful with this sprinkler; it's just not going to last as long as an all-metal one.

After reading many reviews on not only this sprinkler, but, others where the peg gets broken when pushing or pulling it from the ground I figured out why.The trick is to push down or pull up both the inlet connector and the outlet connector evenly on both sides. The alloy is a pot metal with zero flex and a brittle alloy to boot. Also, test the ground to ensure you’re not pressing into a rock.Both sprinklers are hooked up to my timers and they’re doing a great job. DONT forget to activate your warranty ✅

These are good value. At this price I was expecting, and nervous about getting a sprinkler with a plastic ground stake which can lead to difficulties in gravelly soil , but the stake is sturdy metal, I think zinc coated.. The rest is nearly all plastic but good enough so far. I was particularly impressed by the ease of adjustment of spray arc— just push gently with your thumb on the open part of the adjustment clip to spread it slightly and rotate to the chosen end-of-arc position. For spray adjustment it has the usual tapered-point screw that advances into the side of the stream. But this also has a small, easily adjustable, plate on top of the sprinklerthat can be easily advanced to deflect the stream downwards and so give some control of the spray radius.
