I don’t personally know anything about these lights or any camera stuff for that matter. I do know that my bf has sent numerous things back that he has gotten and he kept this, I asked him if he liked it and he said yeah love it, it’s a keeper. ( not just because I gave it to him as a gift, trust me, he would send it back if it wasn’t good).

I got this for a small podcast studio, and purchasedd along with it a separate diffuser. Seems solid enough for me. Veratile brigthness and CCT. No issue with the Bowens mount, not too tight, not too loose. Totally silent operation from my experience. Power brick on a leash is actually a nice touch, since you can hang it on your light stand and keep it off the floor. So far no cons, just be aware it's meant for a small space, not a stadium. But you already knew that.

I was back and forth between this and the 60X S as a key light for my YouTube channel. Ended up going with this as a key light and the 60X S for a fill light. I paired this with the Aputure Light Dome SE and it puts out more than enough light to use an even larger softbox if needed. Color and brightness controls are spot on, and the Bluetooth control is great. All around another solid winner from Aputure/ Amaran.

Love the light, love the sturdy knobs for control, and I LOVE the built in rotatable mounting system. No complaints with the product itself.I do wish it came with a carrying case like the smaller (60D/X) came with; for now I just transport it in the cardboard box it came with.
