Product was easy to install. Pipe Tape was included. Make sure to flush the filter before attaching shower head. Haven’t been able to tell if water is softer yet. It’s a bit large. Looks as pictured. Will have to take everything a loose to change cartridge.

On our third cannister with this unit and no complaints. Just don't be in the shower when you purge the new filter upon initial install!

We have quite a bit of rust in our water which stains the shower and turns my natural blonde hair orange. Adding this filter has reduced the frequency of rust removal in the shower. My hair is definitely softer, feels cleaner and less heavy. The orange color does not build up as quickly.

This is my third filter for my shower. My hardware is gold and this filter matches perfectly. It does a wonderful job of filtering the water for a nice clean shower. Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased several of these and at first thought they were pretty great as they did help soften the water which made my skin less itchy. I have hard water. The problem is the unit itself. The first one could not be unscrewed as to replace the filter and the second one started leaking one day, randomly, which caused water to spray all over the outside of the shower making a watery puddle on the carpet outside of the shower. I’m pretty displeased and will be looking for another brand.

I have been having so many skin problems for about a year...rashes, psoriasis, eczema, etc. I have tried everything! I went for a dermatologist and only got some steroid cream (which did not help much). I finally decided to buy a shower filter, because I thought, “it can’t hurt, right?!“Installation was SO easy, but I was not expecting much of a change to my skin. Like I said, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!While in the shower, all that I noticed was that the water smelled a little different.When I got out of the shower, I just continued to say “WOW!!â€I basically texted everyone I knew about this shower filter. What was this feeling I felt?? Hydration?! My skin had not felt so naturally hydrated in so long, I had forgotten what it felt like.I immediately bought a second filter for my mother, who has also had trouble with her skin.I have had the shower filter for about one week now. My skin has gone through an adjustment period. For the first couple of days the skin on my face was excessively oily, but it seems to be less oily each day.I really like this shower filter!

Actually liked this item but it broke within the first 6 weeks of use. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will answer my emails reporting this defect. I am now not only stuck with a broken filter but have 4 filters that I can’t use. Don’t buy or deal with this company

The seller does not offer cartridge replacement for purchase, I cannot find any cartridge that fit this specific case on Amazon either so I wouldn’t recommend this model

Easy to install. Great filter. Soft skin and hair. Feels good to know water is filtered and fresh!! Say goodbye to dry itchy skin. I will never go back to regular showers 😃
